Is Disney airing season 3 out of order?

Because episode with the guardians aired a while ago but that's ep 13 but the next one airing is ep 5 the next iron spider. What's going on?

What happened is there was an episode leak because of Mexican subtitlers. A company that does the Spanish subtitles got the episodes in early summer and Ultimate Spider-man along with several other cartoons like Legend of Korra were leaked leaked to torrent sites early. Nine episodes of Ultimate Spider-man were leaked in early July.
As a form of damage control and to promote the new movie Disney XD aired the Guardians episode early as a "Special." Then came the Spider-verse mistake. Some news-blog sites found out that Miles was going to appear this season and mistakenly thought he would be in the season premiere. The season's first episodes were supposed to be Avenging Spider-man and Avenging Spider-man Part 2. They have to air in order because there are sequential events that effect the rest of the season.
The show is getting more serious and in doing so is getting more dependent on it's continuity. Avenging Spider-man has Spider-man briefly join The Avengers. After that a plot starts to form where he and Taskmaster are each recruiting young super powered characters, which becomes the main plot for most of the season.
They are airing in order, it's just some news sites got the air dates wrong and the Guardians of the Galaxy one was shown early as part promotion and part damage control.
