The one I really rolled my eyes at was when Diamondback shoots him with the second judas bullet and Luke falls into a trash vehicle.
Now that's all well and good but then Diamondback shows up at the office the next day and shoots one of his men for not being able to find Luke after he got away. GOT AWAY??? HOW?? Were the garbage men not stopping at the next house?!?!?! Or at least the next street over?!?! If he wanted the job done could he really not have tracked down that truck himself right then?
Previous to that, there was an entire episode where Scarf tells Luke he has a journal with enough evidence to put Cottonmouth away. Luke knows scarf is bleeding to death, and he always knows that Misty is after Cottonmouth because he met her while she was staking him out. But instead he spends the entire episode carrying around a mortally wounded man while keeping the journal from Misty instead of just giving her both Scarf and the journal and putting Cottonmouth away. WTF?!?!?

I noticed these issues as well. The garbage truck thing REALLY got to me. They're incredibly slow moving vehicles; the villain wants our hero dead, dead, dead as can be;said villain is armed and more than capable of commendering a vehicle; and he . . . lets the garbage truck drive away. What?

It didn't bother me until the next episode where he's shooting his men for not being able to find him. Anybody with two legs could have run down that garbage truck at the next stop sign. Was that really the trucks last stop and it didn't encounter a traffic light before it got to an interstate? And even if it did, diamond back didn't get to a vehicle and chase it by then?
