      Maybe.
      But they definitely failed in starting their universe in an accurate way..
      "IM2" gets slammed very very often but it's a great example how Marvel built up their cinematic universe thoroughly.
      As a stand alone movie "IM2" does not belong to the best within the MCU. But seing it as a part of the whole thing it is great.
