Does it affect Diana or Clark(without kryptonite)?
I really love the idea of fear as a weapon

Normally it doesn't affect Clark. I assume Diana's immune to all "earthly poisons". Although she wasn't immune to the nanites in
      Justice League: Doom
      so who knows?.

Not sure about WW but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't work on Supes. I just read up and it has worked on him a couple of times but I'm not sure if that was without a Kryptonite mixture

I think they could have made Batman's sound-trap affect Superman a lot more, not hurt him exactly but messed with him so the whole fight he'd still be waiting to get back to normal.
I also speculate if Superman's body was encased in lead or something right after the nuke nearly killed him if he'd eventually have passed away.

My point is he is realy overpowered DUH! 😄
Hes super! But how else to depict him as relatable when he is undefetable?
Kryptonite cannot be used in every movie:D

How about actually reading what someone is saying to you? The nuke was not Kryptonite.

I think it would affect Superman and Wonder Woman.

Was it ever explained how Joker managed to mess with Superman's head to trick him into killing a pregnant Lois in the Injustice universe? If Joker had access to stuff without kryptonite to do it I don't see why Scarecrow's stuff couldn't effect Superman.

In the first issue of the tie-in Joker and Scarecrow mixed Kryptonite stolen from Star Labs with Scarecrow's toxin, which Superman then inhaled.
