Shado was a great character and one that shouldn't have been killed off so early 'cause she played a far bigger role in some of the Green Arrow comic books and I think it would have been better if it had turned out she had faked her death and came back as Lady Shiva.
That would have really sent Slade over the edge. lol

I'm not sure about her earlier roles but currently in Rebirth, she's the mother of Ollie's half sister Emiko.
