The inconsistent pronunciation of M'Gann

Why can't they get the actors on the same page when it comes to pronouncing "M'Gann"? I remember M'Gann, Alex, and Kara saying it like on Young Justice with the same A as in "can't," but J'Onn kept saying it with the same A as in "car." David Harewood is probably the outlier here, if the producers are going for the Young Justice pronunciation.

The same can be said of any name. Is it Meh-gan, Meh-gun, MEE-gan, MEE-gun, MAY-gan
No no no, it's spelled, "Raymond Luxury Yacht," but it's pronounced, "Throat Warbler Mangrove".

The difference in pronunciation is down to (In the books and Young Justice) to fit in as a human. M'Gann becomes Megan, J'onn J'Jonzz becomes John Jones. Really all there is to it.

I'm not referring to the Earth name "Megan." I'm referring to "M'Gann." J'Onn kept pronouncing it differently from M'Gann, Alex, and Kara, who all pronounced it the same.
