1. Why was Joker even there? He barely had 5 minutes of screen-time and that too unrelated to the main story-line?
2. What about the continuity of the Joker from TDK?
3. Where were flash and Bat when the midway city climax was happening?
4. How did the camera give a stable picture when put on an rotating boomerang?

1. Because harley was there I guess
2. Different character. Jared isn't playing Heaths Joker. He's the new joker for the new franchise
3. They were probaly about we just didn't see them

1 & 2. The Joker and Harley Quinn are now a duo. It started in the animated series and moved to the comics becoming canon.
The old Joker used to be a psycho loner (Nicholson and Ledger) but now has been changed because of adding Harley.
3. They were busy doing other things.
4. Special effects. CGI?

1. Joker had more than "5min screen time" pls. His first time meeting Harleen, Harleen's devotion to him, the club scene, car scene, him breaking her out, pls.
2. TDK was it's own movie, hence a different Batman, the death of Jason Todd, etc.
3. Flash isn't yet established. The writers of the movie clearly wanted the SS to shine.
