    I thought Kryptonians are powered by the sun and becomes even stronger!
    It was quite evident from the scene that the sun was on the same side as the Earth.

      That was a bit of time ago, but I believe what happened was the writers were trying to make her more like Pre-Doomsday Coma Superman after 1986's Crisis on Infinite Earth reboot.
      It was only after Superman was beat into a coma and emerged that he realized he didn't need to breath in space, and was only limiting himself because he thought he needed to do so.
      So, either that's how Kara is going to be done here, or I have to have Doomsday scare the writers. 🙂
      Google the Aftermath of Gog storyline, Doomsday becomes a good guy, and talks. 🙂

        i remember in the superman animated series in the 90s superman needed a suit to breath in space.
