I got out of Suicide Squad three hours ago. Thoroughly enjoyed it but yea Enchantress was ridiculous. Not as annoying as say Lex Zuckerberg in BVS but pretty darn silly.
What's missing in movies is same as in society: a good sense of work ethic and living up to ideals.

I thought you meant Amora the Marvel Enchantress at first.
Well, I think the characters will be different.
The DC Enchantress was a feral spirit who wanted to destroy and conquer everything, and who got out of control very easily. Hela is a death goddess but not all-powerful, and furthermore she has the opportunity to display some cunning in a tournament with the Grandmaster.

          Let's hope so.
The villainy you teach me I will execute-and it shall go hard but I will better the instruction.

I also thought you were referring to Marvel's Enchantress (Amora) from the title rather than DC's and I was all set to say that Hela may indeed take elements from Marvel's Enchantress, she's certainly stealing Skurge the Executioner who is traditionally Amora's henchman.
As for DC's Enchantress, nah I don't think so. I'm not getting at you, but do you actually know anything about Hela other than how she looks? I (mostly) agree with q_leo_rahman's post above stating that Hela and Enchantress have some surface level similarities but are actually very different. The only real similarities they have is that they're both female, kinda 'gothic' looking in style (I guess) and they both wield powerful magical powers. However, Enchantress is a human woman who has been possessed with an ancient, evil spirit whereas Hela is a malevolent goddess like being who rules an other dimensional realm housing the physical spirits of dead Asgardians, basically super-powerful, advanced humanoid aliens. Enchantress limits her devastation to earth whereas Hela doesn't really have much interest in mortals, she's more about killing the other Gods and taking control of Asgard. Hela is generally more cosmic in scope than Enchantress. Also, Enchantress is a chaotic evil sort of being, whereas Hela is more of a strategist and master manipulator. She can take different forms like Loki (her father, believe it or not) and she can create powerful illusions to trick others into doing her will. She's also crazy strong, possibly the physically strongest female character in the Marvel universe (other than maybe She-Hulk), she can take on Thor in one to one combat with relative ease. If they were in a battle of strength, Hela would swat Enchantress like a fly.
As for performance wise, come on, really? Cara Delevingne versus Cate Blanchett. Do you really think there's going to be any similarities there? Suicide Squad and Thor: Ragnarok may both be comic book movies with huge budgets but they will be vastly different films in style, execution and scope. It's like comparing apples and oranges.
