      There was military brass at that ceremony as well.
      Makes me wonder thoughif the President and the military have now forged good relations with the heroes (and Lyla Michaels is now one of the President's trusted advisors presumably, having been right about the Dominators)why exactly is Diggle still a fugitive?
      Surely, the little matter of Diggle being framed by a corrupt general could have been brought up by Lyla or Oliver at that ceremony in the end?

              There should've been a small scene of the president telling him and Mick they've been pardoned of any crimes. But I highly doubt the writers are competent enough to even remember they have two fugitives on the team.
