Is she the new Black Canary? I also found an audition video involving a conversation between her character (not the same actress though) and Oliver. It really looks like she could be the one.

I'm not sure, reports say she is, but why would Oliver give her mantle after a short period of time, especially after Evelyn. She doesn't look like Black Canary- no wig. I hope it's just someone's confusion.
