Just a resolution to the storyline and an explanation of The Light's plan.
I figure The Light's plan is pretty obvious, like any villain they want to rule the world by their means. They were in cahoots with Darkseid which means eventually he might double cross them at some point.

Without a doubt, everyone wants to see as much of Virgil "Static" Hawkins as possible.
I'm also praying Tim Curry returns to play the DC equivalent of Marvel's J. Jonah Jameson: news reporter G. Gordon Godfrey. I love that guy almost almost as much as Jolly Jonah himself.

I know its probably doubtful but perhaps the return of TULA aka Aquagirl and some of us have been wanting for Jaime and Cassie to get together in season 2 so something should go wrong between Cassie and Tim and they break up and then she gets with Jaime!

A Raven/Trigon story arc. Why not also throw in a young Starfire and Cyborg so the Titans members become a part of the YJ team?
At least one visit by the Terry McGinnis version of Batman (since he's around the Young Justice average age) either from the future or from an alternate dimension.
A battle against the Female Furies from Apokolips.
No more jarring time-skips between seasons. In fact, have some flashbacks showing events of significance we didn't get to see between S1 and S2.

Yeah I agree that perhaps BATMAN BEYOND should make an appearance from the future and the FOREVER PEOPLE Superboy once met should come back too! Also if Tula doesn't come back then perhaps something should happen between Rocket and the one she married so she divorces him and THEN gets with Kaldur aka Aqualad!
