Superman/Zod + cgi thing
Avengers/ 16bit villains/ CGI thing in the Sky
Avengers2/16 bit villain
Suicide Squad/Cgi thing in the sky
Capt.America 1 and 2/Clone
BvS/Clone and kind of thing in the sky.
Boring. At least Parademons make sense. -

I disagree about CA2 and BvS. The Winter Soldier was different enough from Cap that it didn't feel like a clone and Doomsday felt different enough from Superman that it didn't feel like a clone. Didn't stop the final fight with Doomsday from feeling lackluster though. I agree with the rest of your list. Probably why some of the best villains in cbms are those that aren't clones like: Loki, Joker, Kilgrave, Kingpin, etc.
