Not allowed at the second doesn’t make it a fair trial.
There is nothing fair about wanting to convict them that badly in removing their self preservation defense motive.

Not sure. Their father sounds like he was a real bastard, but it’s possible they made up the molestation things as a way to justify killing him.

I think so. But I still don't think they should have killed him. Not that he didn't deserve it if he was a pervert but they could have just gotten away from him and wouldn't be wasting their lives in prison. They were adults in college they were t stuck with him.

The brothers lied about a dozen things but I'm supposed to believe this one thing? There's no evidence and it seemed like another desperate lie to manipulate the jury.
Even if it's true, I don't see why that makes a difference. The murders were VERY premedicated and meticulously planned. It also doesn't excuse killing their mother.
Letting them go free sets a ****ed up precedent. Almost every violent criminal had a ****ed up childhood and past and had bad things happen to them.

I watch a lot of true crime and they have plea deals for murderers where they only serve a few years, which is wrong
