Honestly as a kid growing up this was probably my favorite movie Atleast batman wise. As I got older you realize how ridiculous it is and some scenes were even too corny for me as a kid, but overall if you take it for what it is. This is a fun good movie, it's not suppose to be serious enjoy it stop killing this movie ! I'd watch this over batman returns any day.

The "Max Headroom" Alfred cracks me up. And Arnold trying to get his henchmen to sing the snow miser song. And the "bat credit card"! Just because I'm laughing
at
the movie and not
with

batman returns is the only batman master piece and it's the main inspiration for this movie, which as you said isn't bad at all, only some cheesy lines.

It's not so bad it's good. What does that even mean anyway? It's just bad.
If it was fun I wouldn't mind. But it's boring. It looks terrible. The cast is actually good but is wasted. Everyone is bad in this.
Feel free to enjoy this if you can. But I suspect you've not seen many films if you're happy to waste your time on this.
Films can be so much better.
For once anyone posting "worst film ever" may actually be right!

No, I think this one was just bad. The ultimate "so bad it's good" flick for me is another Schwarzenegger film, Commando.
