no. it's one of the worst comic book movies i've seen. i tried a lot to understand how people like the movie so much, but apparently, i don't get it. people complain so much about batman vs superman being lame when it should have been cool and ruining scenes from the dark knight returns and that's how i feel about this movie and respective comic.

You like all the ignorant critics are clearly a shallow idiot. This movie has more visual depth in every shot than the entirety of Captain America: Civil War

well, aren't you nice. who's the most shallow idiot? the one who has a different opinion or the one who crucifies the first for having a different opinion?
just for the record, never was a captain murica fan, so i don't even bother with those kinds of movies.

If you knew what I know about the use of cinematography to tell a story, create character, create moods, ideas, etc, you would not be able to trash this CBM masterpiece.

have you considered that maybe i know even more? maybe i'm a producer. maybe i'm a writer. maybe i'm an actor. maybe i had to study cinema because of some other class i took and actually ended up working with movies. or maybe i'm just a random guy on the internet. it doesn't matter. would you walk up to robert zemekis and say he doesn't know beep about cinema, just because he doesn't like a movie you like? i'd like to see that.
you don't have to minimize others to make yourself feel better about your own opinions. if your opinion was ever strong to begin with, it should not be bothered by what i say. you can say the same about me, however, you could be david lynch, for all i care, because i accept your opinion, but i don't have to agree with it.

Totally agree with the original poster. I was highly disappointed leaving the theater. I thought this was the worst X-men film by a decent margin and it fell extremely flat for me personally.

Just watched it, and what the hell, the writing was atrocious. Nothing made sense. I recall the 1992 cartoon did this arc much better in just two episodes.
