Jackman, Mangold, Patrick Stewart, Dafne Keen, Simon Kinberg and Lauren Shuler Donner are all confirmed as of yesterday (things may change at the last minute, but the plan is to have them all present).

That's probably the longest runtime it should be, as I find films in the genre tend to drag with runtimes around 140 minutes or more.
