make the " Iron Man Sucks" Joke?
I am no lawyer but I am assuming the word "Iron Man" is copyrighted and theyd need written permission.
At least in the old days they would. I suppose nowadays Marvel knows it would give them bad PR to sue over something so trivial. -

Satire is protected speech under the 1st Amendment, and circumvents any need to get permission/pay royalties/etc. You just can't go too far with it before you step out from under the umbrella of protection. Like, they couldn't do a LEGO Iron Man Movie in the same style as TLBM without signing some pretty substantial deals first.
You know what noone tells you about cooking with the Dark Side? The food is really good! -
and iron man refers to body builders I think? they could argue with that.
