I know the hulk was not supposed to really injure people as he tossed them around. But some of his attacks must have hurt some people. When David goes to find Carolyn at that house in 'Married'. When the hulk throws that guy across the room, crashing straight into the bar with glasses smashing.

He should have studied under The A-Team on how to explode cars and buildings and throw people through walls and yet only stun them temporarily. Now that takes skill!
