I'm looking for information about what differences exist between the episodes as originally broadcast, and the versions that play in TV re-runs or are on the currently in-print DVDs.
I've read that the original broadcasts of 1x01 and 1x02 had many animation errors that were fixed by the time the numbered VHS tapes of the first season came out. There's also the matter of Mr. Sinister having two different voices in 1x13; my old numbered VHS had the familiar one, but the DVD version has a different one with a more shrill laugh.
It has been observed elsewhere on this forum that changes were made to The Phoenix Saga episodes at some point. Gladiator's voice actor is different (less grandiose) and an echo effect has been added to D'Ken, Lilandra, and Phoenix's voice tracks. Some music has also been changed in 3x06, and possibly 3x07.
The DRG4 website details a few others, like No Mutant Is An Island.
For those who watched the show in the 90s and/or retained recordings of those broadcasts, what other differences have you noticed? I suppose it goes without saying that if anyone has copies of any original broadcast episodes or links thereto, please send me a message.

I hated how they changed Gladiator's voice. No offense to the va, but it's such a downgrade what they did to him.
So many stories, so little time.
