Only 3 confirmed cases?
As big as Russia is, 2 times the US, and despite sharing a border with China, the originator of the virus and most infected by far, managed to only get 3 cases?
…while the US has over 100 despite being on the other side of the planet, and most likely squeezed in from 1 or 2 person traveling there?
