Disney should start to consider suing "YOUTUBERS" for Defamation

I think that DISNEY should start to consider suing "YOUTUBERS" (like for example "Nerdrotic" and "Geeks + Gamers", they are some of the most toxic and negative people on YOUTUBE) for Defamation.

so many problems with this anthony! the main one being there is absolutely no maligning of character going on here. opinions are being expressed on a figurehead to a publicly traded company…a company with a fiduciary responsibility to its shareholders…a figurehead that has willingly put herself into the public spotlight which opens her to public critisism. this is all first ammendment protected!
another issue is that its not defamation if it's truths being expressed. what blatant lies are being told? all i see from the majority of these channels is displeasure at the current state of star wars. not the fandom but the product.
the future of the franchise is grim and fans want to discuss this as fans certainly care more than the current gatekeepers of the property.
and before we get off the rails let me say that i do not watch the channels you mention. they have a political spin that is of no interest to me. but the demise of my favorite franchise ever is important to me. for this reason i subscribe to Thor Skywalker! he is a reasonable gentleman that has issues with star wars…but only advocates the improvement of star wars at the storytelling level. he doent lean political and is very respectful to the talent behind the scenes. thats not to say he doesn't see some of the social posturing that disney engages in and discusses it…but the hostility towards those that dont agree with him is also not present. he realizes something that i dont think you do. that being…star wars is in trouble and hed like to see the ship righted. i share his views.
