Also, they're
shopping/selling the tapes to celebrities who are buying them to prevent their names from being named in public?
WTF? How can this even be legal? This is coming from Diddy's legal team. HOW can this even happen?
She's (one of the prosecuting attorneys) brokering tapes,
and she's going on and on about having
one tape in particular of someone "so high profile, that he is higher profile that Mr. Combs, and more well-recognized and more famous than Mr. Combs".
What the actual ****ing **** is actually going on here? She's trying to get him to come out of the woodwork to pay them.
They have 19 separate cases, (not a class action), and there's no way I'm believing she has only ONE tape that she's brokering. They're incentivizing people to contact them to "get the tapes" to protect themselves, and they're essentially creating an
auction
for this information. She isn't naming names, but why the hell is she doing this?
She's also mentioning that there's someone in the tapes where she "cannot tell if the person is of age," leads me to believe they're young enough to where they cannot tell. This is getting dirtier, raggier, nastier, and even more disgusting as this goes on.
This means the ****ing celebrities are STILL being protected.
WHY are these lawyers even talking about these cases before they've even been filed? Is she a novice? I cannot imagine the team hiring a novice to be the face of their team. She has a reputation of being an ambulance chaser. She's very unprofessional. Wording is everything, and I'm baffled that Buzbee mentioned he's had thousands of calls (thanks to his 1-800 number for people to call if they've been victimized), and I wonder how diligent they're being in vetting these callers, if the callers are bringing receipts, or if this is all just to shore up his case. There are also
rumours
that victims are being paid off. Buzbee said that in these civil lawsuits that victims are settling and paying money to get their tapes in cases where they do not want their name printed and don't want to go to litigation. Lawyers cannot deviate from what their clients want, but I'd think at this level, it's frustrating. The difference between civil and criminal can be so frustrating.

This is all still speculation at this point
because people who have come forward claimed that they've had topical applications of substances and then got woozy, but GHB has to be ingested I believe. However, GHB going into
"mucous membranes"
(ie: anally or other orifices) may have a different effect compared to being applied on one's back. Also, it could be a lot like how Diddy emptied his vodka bottles and filled them with liquid cocaine, so perhaps these "baby oil bottles"
weren't
actually filled with baby oil infused with GHB but were another GHB-infused substance. Fentanyl or cocaine can also be put into a clear solution and in other bottles, and Diddy's
been known
to do that.
There's just so much information that's coming out, and at this point, everyone is filtering out the information to find out what is true.
I find it disgusting that Buzbee is doing this in public and making brokerage claims. It's very sketchy.

Dermal absorption of GHB via the anus is quicker and more effective than oral absorption.
There was a documentary on this in the UK back in 2019
which focused on how this is used at 'parties' to inflict homosexual rape upon men, some of which were suspected of causing deaths via poisoning.
I've no idea if it relates to this case but with 'Discovery' the prosecution should have access to all the files the defence has (Tapes, communications related to the charges et al.) and so this can only be a plea deal for those who know that they are on record in Diddy's charges.

That's why a lot of people plug speedballs. Anything taken rectally is definitely powerful. Using baby oil with condoms is a big no-no, but I get the impression that Diddy didn't use condoms so he didn't care about breaking down the latex, and just wanted the oil (and GHB or whatever other drugs might be in there) as a lubricant for anal sex, especially given the fact that, allegedly, he was doing this on young men, inexperienced men. Remember, he "damaged" Usher so badly that Usher had to go to the hospital!

All we know is that Usher was in hospital for a short period during his time staying with Diddy and that, now, Usher wouldn't let his daughters go to parties of his.
But the defence seemingly having tapes to sell is interesting and should lead to something.

Yes, when Usher straight up said he'd never let his daughter attend Puffy Flavour Camp, after he had been himself at 13 years old, that speaks volume. But I'm astonished that while Bieber was signed with Usher and had guardianship of him (this makes me question Bieber's parents so much!), that he sent Bieber to stay with Diddy when Bieber was only 15. That's so messed up.
I'm curious about the tapes.

I was thinking either Obama, DiCaprio, or Mayor Adams. My mind keeps thinking it must be a politician for some reason. I'm not sure if DiCaprio is "more" high profile than Diddy. Do you think he is?
