Any fans of this film of the generation that is familiar with the old Nickelodeon show Are You Afraid of the Dark? One of my favorite episodes of the show had to be directly inspired by/a parody of this film. It involved a fog that rolled in which brought pirate ghosts with it in search of their gold which had been stolen from their shipwreck decades prior…It was obviously toned down for its target audience of younger children, and featured the usually cheese, but it was a good one.
