Come on Hollywood, make it happen! Evan Rachel Wood who played Kylie is still acting as an adult. Not sure what happened to the girl who played Antonia, but you could always get Camilla Belle to play her as an adult (she portrayed young Sally in the film). Sandra and Nicole don't seem to be too busy these days. Surely they could be convinced.

That or remake it as a TV series. Supernatural is still a very relevant genre. With all of the generations of women, and their strife with the town, I think it would make a great series.

A sequel was announced a few days ago to be released in 2026 But HELL NO to Evan Rachel Wood, she sucks as a person and especially as an "actress".
