Oh I usually do not get bored with zombie movies cuz of the characters.
Even bad acting in zombie movies is fun.
But if the characters are boring…then that's a bad zombie movie.
Also the zombies must be vicious and there be enough kills.
Maggie was pretty good. I don't think that I've seen In the Flesh. -

You can't just base your entire opinion of the zombie movie genre on like, what you saw in The Walking Dead and ZNation. That's like cheating yourself.
Last month I watched about 10 zombie movies. Not one of them was identical to the other.
There are literally hundreds of zombie flicks on Tubi.
Tubi even gave zombie movies its own category. -

Then you know that Night of the Living Dead is completely different from Dawn of the Dead, Return of the Living Dead, Maggie, Black Summer, ZNation, The Walking Dead, Train to Busan, World War Z…etc -

Never saw return of the living dead. Night of the living dead will forever be my favorite. -

Return of the Living Dead was good back in the 1980s. It doesn't age well though. I watched it like last year. It's still fun but not as scary as I remembered it as a teen.

Original. I feel that one was timeless. Dawn of the dead is very 70/80's vibe. I did not like the remake of night of the living dead, did you? -

Was Tony Todd in the remake? Maybe it has been awhile since I have seen it then.
There is a cemetery around here that looks very much like the one in the original night of the living dead. The only cemetery that freaks me out a touch lol -
