I just saw her in DARK SHADOWS and she was very easy on the eyes in that. Too bad she's been out of the business for so long. Anyone know what ever happened to her?

I too was curious as to the fate of Barbara Blackburn. She looked very fetching in her typical late 80s-early 90s, tight short skirt, pantyhose, long-sleeve button blouse and accessory scarf. (Fellow actress Ely Pouget accomplished the same comely visual effect in her white blouse/white miniskirt/white pantyhose in the first episode) Today's young ladies don't dress anywhere near as classy and sexy at the same time.
I searched the Internet some two years ago. I only learned that Barbara Blackburn ended up in New York City participating in stage productions. I was curious as to why she didn't follow up with more Hollywood work in 2000southern California. Did her career tank immediately following the untimely cancellation of DARK SHADOWS: The Revival?
Few of the show's actors and actresses went on to anything big afterwards. Ben Cross and Joanna Going already had acting reputations and resumes and therefore could parley that into more work elsewhere.
