Gimme all the details of your dream flick!
Id like to do a biopic of Mr Rogers address to Congress in 1969. I think Jim Parsons would play him very well.
Id also like to do a docuseries about a 1950s cat food promo for puss n boots cat food. It was basically a cat of the year type promotion that ran for about a decade or so. Not much info is available. I guess my job would be to research and document my findings and then flesh out the results with dramatization? I think I would enjoy the process of that project.

I'd make an alternate reality documentary about the life of legendary bassist Donald "Duck" Dunn.
With Rocket playing the part during the period of Dunn's life at the age Rocket is now, it would be very authentic as they look a lot alike. Filmboarders would love it.
For the early years I'd use a younger A.I. version of that fat ginger kid in "Bad Santa" and then later I'd use actual footage of Dunn when he appeared in "The Blues Brothers" and various music videos. -

no, i think ai and cgi are why this story shouldn't be made now.
if they would use ai and cgi to help with mattes and blending, that's fine, but hollywood is primarily a money laundering scheme so they would make all the principle elements cgi as well.
so in reference to the op, i'm imagining i'd have infinite resources and total control of the process. this is the only reason i would do it.
i would buy a country, make life-size valkyries and abuse the actors to get decent performances out of them. -

When I was in prison, I wrote down three very detailed outlines for films. One is a sweet and charming animated drama, one is a very twisted and violent animated drama series, and one is an animated horror drama that would be, in my own words, "the most disturbing, horrifying, nihilistic, misanthropic, life-denying film ever made"; the absolute ne plus ultra of extreme, transgressive cinema. The last one is the one that I would make as a film first, as it would definitely make a name for me and would be my ultimate "**** you" to the world. Even the deeply jaded and desensitized prison staff were shocked and disturbed just from reading my outline of it, which tells me that I did exactly what I set out to do.

I would make non-pornographic movies with fully pornographic sex scenes.
For example if I were to direct Titanic I would keep it identical to the original with the exception of the sex scene in the car which would be a few minutes longer and involve close up shots of full penetration, just like you would see in a porn.
This wouldn't be for the purpose of being gratuitous, the sex scene would have to serve a narrative purpose.
It's just a case of not hiding the act.
I believe realism in cinema has yet to cross this particular boundary so I would be the innovator.
