    I think the movie flopped whenever it was released because of the film's negative interpretation of Christmas shopping season and that people didnt want to see Arnold in a comedy.
    It was ahead of its time. It fits right into this decade.

      I think it's one of his best films.
      Honestly, it's a lot less silly than Home Alone.
      I think the whole subplot with Arnold and Sinbad was stupid.
      Which brings it back to Home Alone.

        Regardless, it should have made a ton more money…and Arnold did fine in comedies prior (Kindergarten Cop, Twins).
        Now Juniors…that was a truly terrible film!
