How long does your phone battery last

phone battery? You phone must be really old, like me nan! I have more modern phone you just plug it straight into the wall no battery needed it always there and working day or night even when you not there just pop in the tape and it can record messages like magic or something!

its an S21 purchased used so i have no idea how badly previous owner cycled the battery, but for me it can go a good 3 days. i normally charge when below 30%. i dont watch any videos on the phone and rarely have facebook running ,so those two the biggest impact on discharging battery-capacity
of course, there's expert opinion on battery charging strategy. there should be no difference of recommendation on how to charge, because an electron is an electron; but these tribal mentalities have formed where one camp says to drain the device and then charge;another group says not to drain to zero and not to charge to 100; and yet another bunch mix and match and make it even more confusing.
i usually do charge to 100. -

THIS! This is exactly why I'm trying to figure out if I've been accidentally screwing up my battery life. I've seen the same thing, regarding recommendations of draining and charging. Recently, my battery hasn't been lasting as long as it used to. My phone used to last forever.

Do you use it a lot?
I'm only on my phone about an hour per day, and I don't use any social media apps like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or anything that would keep it running. I use it primarily to text the occasional message or make the occasional call.
