- Round. blue
- Porterhouse. medium
- Sirloin. blue, rare
- T-Bone medium
- Prime Rib. medium, medium-well
- Tenderloin. medium-rare
- Filet Mignon medium-rare

I don't like filet mignon. It's a tiny little cut of meat and is expensive. Shit is like French cuisine. You get a tiny portion and pay a lot of money for it.
I like a big ol' slab of meat. I like a ribeye steak or prime rib.
