Two Russian Su-27 aircraft conducted an unsafe and unprofessional intercept with a U.S. Air Force intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance unmanned MQ-9 aircraft operating within international airspace over the Black Sea on March 14, 2023. Russian Su-27s dumped fuel upon and struck the propeller of the MQ-9, causing U.S. forces to have to bring the MQ-9 down in international waters. (U.S. Air Force video)
The video is on the Defense Visual Information Distribution Service site:

I find it funny how the American response is all acting like as if we are innocent while clutching their pearls.
They were spying on the Russians or some enemy and the Russians have the right to stop it.
America gets their panties in a bunch acting like Russia can't do that while we shot down what we lied were spy balloons a few weeks ago.

Comments from this other video on YT.
(Since the one you linked are disabled. Just like the drone!)
US drone operator : May day May day ! The drone is short of fuel.
Russians: Help is on the way…here you go
Ok, The fuel didn't damage the drone but the Russian jet did hit the prop. Look at the 41 second spot and you can see a bent blade. The second jet hit the prop.
you have to admit that's a pretty awesome maneuver and a brilliant tactic
