They have been using ketamine to treat PTSD at the VA for years. It's beginning to be more accessible for non-Veterans who suffer from PTSD and CPTSD. I think this should be made much more available.

That's why, if I were to try this, I would elect to do it under medical supervision. With a physician, they can monitor the quality and purity of the medication being administered and accurately determine the dose and the delivery. That's also why I'd never take it as a street drug where I really wouldn't know what I'm taking or how much.
I've been interested in those mode of treatment for a few years now.
Going down a K Hole is precisely why I'd never do it recreationally. It happens when one takes too much, but what
is
"too much," especially to someone who doesn't know how it's dosed and especially given there's no way to accurately know what you're taking unless it's in a medical setting.
