What is he thinking? Hopkins could probably play for any team, yet he’s deciding to sign with the Titans? Tennessee has by far the worst offense in the NFL, so there’s no chance Hopkins will get a Super Bowl ring with them.

Alright, they’ve officially signed him to a two year deal. The Titans still have the worst pass offense in the entire league.
