Tl;dr I was gonna press charges on someone for breaking a window, door and gate at my home. Said **** hasn't fixed them. This is all on record. I didn't press charges on the agreement that they would be fixed. This was between me and said ****, no police involved. It is two years later and I'm still being ****ed about.
I daren't contact my landlord about it incase they charge me for everything. I flat out refuse to pay for this ****'s damage. There's absolutely no way I am footing the bill, and said **** is narcissistic and refusing to do it because "he cannot afford it." Bitch. I will end you.
Do I even have a leg to stand on because it all happened over two years ago?

And before anyone asks why it has been two years. Well, it was always "i'l do it next week'i'l do it next week." It got to the point where I actually let then stay with me in hope of them fixing things, but nope. I'm gullible, naive, blah blah. Yes, I know. spare me the you're an absolute idiot comments.

I really don't think so because it's been so long and I'm assuming you don't have proof of it. If you had called the police and had it on record, then probably.
        Just break his ****ing kneecaps.

That's what I thought 🤬 Some lessons have to be learnt the hard way, eh 😔 They have evidence of him breaking the door cuz they took pictures of it and he admitted it, but like you say, it's been years. I don't think they have proof of the window. His cousin told the person that was in at the time that it is his word against hers and his solicitor would destroy her. If I had KNOWN AT THE TIME IT WAS HIS FUCKING COUSIN things would have been handled a lot differently. But you trust the police like any sane person does and listen to them, right? Ugh. I hope they all die of ****ing aids.

I have been secretly hoping someone would have done it by now, but nope. 😑
