Nobody replied to my posts, so I got mad and flushed my phone down the toilet. Now I feel a little silly. After my phone comes out the other end, is there a way I can fix it?

I was backing out of my driveway and they're doing construction on my street so one of their trucks was across the street. It was also trash day so the cans were on the curb. I turned right when I should have turned left and backed into the neighbor's driveway and I hit the truck
