Go to crimegrade.org and enter in your zip code.
Post the Letter grade.
You don't have to say the city, obviously.

crime rates are measured per resident. Areas with high visitor traffic, such as shopping districts, may appear to have higher crime rates simply because more crimes occur where people gather – even if few residents live there.
the airport is the most dangerous area to live in my city according to this site

Sometimes stats can be misleading.
I know someone who swears by never traveling to a "red zone" and that's silly.
Airports are always going to be in red, because they're highly policed by airport police whose job is only to provide law enforcement duties in the airport and its perimeters, so statistically there's going to be at least one arrest daily, I would naturally think.
An urban community may be "red" but has police on patrol duty. Anyone suspicious gets eyed. Naturally, you're going to arrested there more, but also feel safer.
Somewhere in the middle of a cornfield may be A+ green, because nobody lives there and the closest police station is an hour away, but, but if you run into one person, at night alone at 2 AM in the same cornfield, the chances of him shooting you, abducting you, trafficking you, are higher than if you ran into someone in an urban community.

It's not very precise. I put in my zip code and it gave me the average for Denver, which is D-.
ETA: I looked at the map and I'm a light green. I assume that's A-. That would make sense, because all my neighbours have guns.
