How does she have no other projects besides OUaT?

Because she's on a TV show full time, meaning she's filming for quite a while each year. When she's not I'm sure she likes to spend time with family, her husband and friends rather than working on another project when she doesn't need to.
If you made enough at a job you loved to not have to work the entire year would you? I sure wouldn't! Plus,there's this pesky little clause in most actors contracts that says they can't take a job if it will in any way interfer with the show/movie they're already working on. They'd have to work with the director/producer if they wanted to do something else and were cast and it did interfer with shooting of their current show.
I'm sure if something she wanted to do came up and she could do it while still on Once she would go for it.

She's an awesome actress, I just don't understand why she has nothing else lined up besides OUaT! Is this by choice or something?
Lana has mentioned in her interviews that when she has time off from OUAT that she likes to travel. It's the only time she has to do it.
No doubt she is planning on becoming more involved in other projects as she owns a production company and is working on several projects. I wish her the very best in her new endeavors.
