For us, last year and the year before were worse. Like, we never get more than the mid to upper 90's usually, but we got to 100 to I think 105. And there was a lack of rain. Usually you can count on rain to lower temps in Louisiana. It's still humid and soupy, but it does help with letting the air conditioner rest a little.
We've had some hotter than aberage days this year, but it's been closer to typical.
It's weird that there have been days where further up north is hotter. It seems like this year is worse or as bad for a lot of people.
