Insoles with built-in Heel Grip?

Why hasn't anyone thought of providing shoe and boot insoles with a built-in heel grip, and it is I in 2025 who has to ask for them to come out in the shops? My feet have shrunk as I have got older. Only a couple of years ago I was wearing size 12 training shoes, then I went to the shoe shop to buy some more and ended up with size 11 boots which fit me perfectly. Oddly the old training shoes still fit me as well but they have got holes in them which are seeable by the public, not that I care. I have ordered three pairs of training shoes in a size 11, and one in a size 12 with insoles and heel grips which keep coming out, and so far none of the three that I have tried on are too loose to walk in even with insoles. So I think I need a size 10.5. I am hoping that the fourth pair which are Chelsea boots will fit me like the first pair of boots do. So if anyone is looking in and is a shoe accessory supplier, please manufacture insoles with a built-in heel grip, and possibly side grip.
