In 1x11 during flashbacks while taking a break from an interview Superman overhears Lois telling a friend she in love with Clark, not going the usually loves Superman and ignores Clark in past iterations.

Yep! Lois loves Superman and Lana loves Clark in most stories.
I read that Clark is the real person and Superman the alter ego. I assume that's the reason Lois hearts Clark in this series. They should have named it Clark Kent & Lois. -

After John Byrne's Man Of Steel they had Lois gradually fall for Clark and him revealing his identity to her, Lois & Clark has that version of their relationship and that's the Clois we get in the later seasons of Smallville.
