One of the best. Cruise never phones in his performances. What makes these even more engaging is how he does his own stunts. I was really sad with a certain aspect of the first one.

Sweet Jesus! Ohhh yeah, the infamous drive off a cliff and then parachuting. Cruise really did that stunt himself for this film. I did hear about that.
Can we just take a moment and appreciate that each movie gets better than the one prior and that Cruise is in better shape today than guys one third his age.
This looks bigger and more bad ass than I could have imagined. I love Tom Cruise.

That rock climbing scene though! Man, that was epic. Great intro.
I do agree with you about MI2 in general. It was definitely the weakest of the installments. One of the most glaring was the obvious lack of chemistry between Cruise and Newton. I couldn't suspend my disbelief that there was any romantic link between them. She was also too gullible of a character.
