So I finally managed to install and try it on my Xbox One X.
Unfortunately the input latency and overall sluggishness is too much for me.

I bet you still got further than Lara.
I really like it, yet I never completed it and sort of lost interest.
The gameplay isn’t really very good. Rockstar really need to redesign their control mechanics because playing their games always feels cumbersome and ps1-ish.
If you imagine sneaking up on someone in Metal Gear Solid, and how immersive it feels, doing similar in a Rockstar game just seems so basic.
I don’t think the basic gameplay in RDR2 is any more advanced than stuff we were doing 10+ years ago.

The visuals are outstanding. I loved the cinematic camera mode.
I played it very little so far and my only complaint is the apparent input latency an the fact that it feels sluggish. The character takes some time to move after you direct at it somewhere. Everything appears to have some exaggerated inertia.
I can't comment about the controls and other aspects of game play because I only killed a few bad guys and some wolves in the introductory tutorial.
Other than that, it looks fantastic.

Don't you feel the same?
I get motion sick very easily so things like input latency, screen tearing, framerate drop, etc have a big effect on me.
