A travel ban from Europe and China should have restricted 2 months ago when the outbreak in Wujan started. One of the ways for preventing the spread of the virus is teaching people to stay a safe distance from each other. I've been practicing that all my life. People thought I was crazy for wanting a little more personal space in between myself and another stranger in crowded public places.
Good luck teaching NYC how to do that. They love crowding. -

Closing off all travel to private residents is the best way forward, only allowing frieght and free movement of medical and emergency services. And then there will be gurny bahs like you saying your being henned in and not having your 2nd amendment to be an asshole, you either practice what you preach or dont at all. The governments across the world should restrict travel, and in your case didn't allow you to travel 5 states out of your area. Since 3 - 4 states in the US adds to one country's regular size like the UK, Italy, Austria-Switzerland, Italy and Romania!
