3 teams are 6-6 Titans, Colts, and Texans with 4 games left.
I pick the Titans to win the afc south. With a bye week so late is the advantage as the rested titans play their best football in the final 4 games with their explosive offense is reliable, and the removal of Cox helps the weakness of the obvious vulnerable Secondary.
Texans: Brock has a large lack of nfl starting experience which is proving to be detrimental as he as to be more than a game manager.
The games are likely to be close and he can't produce major plays when needed the most.
I would be surprised if they defeat the Colts in Indy since they hugely stink on the road, likely defeat the Jags, doubtful at Titans because titans are playing better since the 1st meeting and it's at Tennessee. They play the Bengals which is a game they could lose vs a qb with more experience and better than Brock.
    Colts:
They likely defeat the Texans, and Jags. At Raiders yep doubtful they can contain the Raiders explosive offense and win vs a
Better team. At Vikings: The Vikings haven't stopped the bleeding so Indy is likely to win but wouldn't be shocked if they lost as winning in a indoor stadium is tough.

I pick the Colts because I'm a homer.

I picked the Titans but Colts have the tiebreaker advantages and it's a division that will likely see an 8-8 winner.

It's probably going to take 9-7 to win.
I don't get why several here are picking the Titans, they have the Broncos and Chiefs coming up and they lost both games to the Colts. The only way the Titans win is if they finish with a better record than the Colts and I sure don't see that happening.
The Texans win today and they're in the driver's seat. If the Colts win it's going to be hard for the Titans or Texans to catch them.
The Colts offense is very good..their defense is very bad, but I still expect them to beat the Texans.

Colts. I think they need to change the home field rule in the wildcard round. If a wildcard team has a better record than a division winner then the wildcard team should play at home.

Thought it's one way to credit winning your division, penalizing not winning it, and creating what could be a toss-up game with the better team as the visitor.

I've never understood that argument, getting into the playoffs is incentive enough.
I've always said the team with the better record should get HFA because the way things are set up, with only 4 teams per division almost every year you're going to have 8-8 9-7 teams hosting over teams with better records. We've already had what, two teams with losing records hosting playoff games?

Today's win sets things up nicely for the Texans. Lots of football between now and the last week of the season when Houston visits Tennessee.

Yeah, the Colts have no one to blame but themselves, they've lost two against the Texans that they should have had.
I will say the refs screwed the Colts with not giving them that fumble. I didn't really understand that call, they agreed it was a fumble but claimed there was no immediate recovery? The Colts had the ball, the replay showed it.
But water under the bridge. That last 4th and 1 plsycall was ridiculous. I don't understand why they run Gore up the gut constantly..but on 4th and one they try a stupid screen when the Texans have been killing Luck all game.
I think sometimes these guys just overthink it. They also have Luck who can run. They've been in similar situations this season, like the Jags game where Allen dropped the pass on 4th down.
Just run the ball. If you can't get 4th and 1 with the season on the line you don't deserve to be in the playoffs.

The Titans proved valiant defeating the Broncos with a stout defense including 2 forced fumbles that were recovered.
The Titans won 13-10 a tough close game at home. Not shocking they had a bye week, made changes and looked decent and fresh vs the Broncos.
The Titans won a tough game, and next a tougher game at Chiefs. Thos win has momentum so I'm optimistic the Titans can win that game.
Possibly the Texans Titans week 17 game will be a winner wins the afc south. So that be a terrific SNF game.

The Titans defeat the Chiefs in a tough close game in frigid KC 19-17.
                          8-6 so are the Texans.
It's highly possible the week 17 Texans Titans game will be a major game the winner wins the afc south.

Clearly im wrong because the Texans defeated the Bengals 12-10 winning the AFC South and the Jags demolished the Titans 38-17 in a game that as terrible as the score.
