    Question 1 (esy)
In which year and team was the first electric scoreboard used during a season?
    Question 2
Which relief pitcher set a Major League record for throwing 18-1/3 innings in one game?
^^that one is hard, so i think it's fair to award 2 points for it

I'm just guessing for the first one, but I'll guess 1930?

First Electric scoreboard was in Yankee Stadium, I believe Don't know the year. Guess 1956.
I read one time about the 18 1/2 innings in relief. Can't come up with the name. He had a goofy name.

Okay, I looked it up and I found that Yankee Stadium's electronic scoreboard was installed in 1959, but that in 1908 a Chicago inventor developed an electronic scoreboard and it was tested by the Boston Red Sox and Boston Braves.

Did you just give Xellou66 points? If you did, why would you do that when he just said he looked up the answer?

It's Xeliou66, and yeah he gave me points cause I got the correct source and confirmed what he thought, he said one point for anyone who can get the correct source.

So you got a point just for googling something. I don't like that. It seems just a pat-on-the-head should have sufficed.

You are making a case, kenne, and i am sorry.
IDK if i should issue a one question suspension or try to sweep this thing under the carpet like a good commissioner.
I was unsure of my source, and i couldn't find a second one to verify it.

THIS IS A VERY PRESTIGIOUS CONTEST AND PRIZE WE ARE ALL VYING FOR!!!!
The quiz-master should not go sullying the waters by awarding points to those who just basically did him a favor.
Btw, what is the prize we are vying for?

was he a relief pitcher??? Or a starter that was pulled into the game because of a rocky start by the original starter???
Starting pitchers are always used in relief when the game counts

For the relief pitcher I am going to guess Elroy Face.

                                          Zip Zabel
It was a 19-inning game against the Cubs and the Dodgers on June 17, 1915. Coming in relief in the first inning, Zabel went the rest of the way. His Cubs won the game 4-3. The Dodgers started Jeff Pfeffer on the mound, and he went the entire distance to take the loss. It would all be for not, as both teams went on to watch the Phillies win the National League pennant.
