Raiders/Texans

I like this better, instead of the other thread full of rules.
Poor Raiders I had picked them to be my preferred team in the playoffs (since my team didn't make it), then Carr got injured.
If they play like last week they are gone. Thankfully for them the Texans are almost as bad in offense. It could be a boring game.
The Raiders' third string QB won't be doing anything against the Texans' #1 defense. So the Texans just need to score a couple of TDs and that's that.

Oh wow, the Texans have the lowest TD average in 62 years by a playoff team, 1.6 TDs per game but like I said it might be all that they need. It will probably be a low-scoring game.

How unlucky are the Raiders? They not only lose their starting QB and MVP candidate just two weeks before their first playoff game in 14 years, but then they lose their backup QB, and are left with a rookie QB going up against the #1 defense in the NFL.
And if all that was not enough, they lost their starting left tackle to injury this week as well. -

This game doesn't mean much anyway. The winner is likely to go to Foxboro next. No way either of these teams is beating the Patriots in Foxboro.
Osweiler is actually playing relatively well, which is kind of an indictment on the Raiders' defense.
It seems unlikely that the Raiders will manage to score 2 touchdowns and more in the second half, so the Texans can put this game away with a simple field goal.

This game really shows why QB's win most of the MVP awards. The Raiders have gone to having one of the best offenses in the league to garbage after losing Carr. I doubt losing Elliot would be this devastating for the Cowboys, as great as he is at running the ball.

I cannot get over how utterly TERRIRFIED Cook looks when attempting.
anything
. A pass, a handoff, just standing there assessing the coverage. Gawd, step up, dude. At least try to do something. He absolutely sucks.

This games about what people were expecting, I think. Osweiler's playing better than usual. Pretty dull, though.
Maybe Seattle and Detroit will be better. Seattle's been so wildly inconsistent this year.

This game is trash, the next one will be trash too. Miami/Pittsburgh, that game will be trash when the Steelers ass rape the Dolphins into submission. Typically there is only one good game on wildcard weekendand this year will be no different, as the Packers/Giants should be competitive.
Wildcard weekend sucks, I can't believe people want to extend this garbage by adding teams.
