I mean, I know he's just innocently referring to the current brad stevens iteration of the Celtics meaning placing an emphasis on developing their stockpile of young talent and not reaching and overpaying in free agency. I don't think he was trying to place any historical context on it cuz lord knows that isn't always how boston has built their teams.
but still though, damn bad choice for referencing a model citing your arch rivals.
