I think he is quality too. But for Scotland and Napoli. He can be frustrating though because he does tend to drift in and out of games and his isn't that gifted in his passing or general technique, though he does have a good finish on him.
Man United fans are still a bit deluded about their position now. So McTominay didn't make their standard of a 'complete midfielder'
Plus I think they made extra cash with him being a club-developed player
