      This is Strange Days technology in nascent form. They claim they won't allow advertising apps but that seems an obvious application. What if you could taste a product before buying it? Maybe you could even override sensations with custom ones. Those sorts of things would probably be many years away. Musk envisions creating super intelligent humans to compete with AI but it will probably end up being used as a replacement for drugs.
